Does anyone know what Honda Service Bulletin # 96-012 refers to as to the first step to get accurate readings when doing a performance test of the a/c system ?


I've suggestions that it could be either of the following :


check the a/c system on low side w/engine at 3000 rpm, measure outlet a/c
temps at corner vents, connect r-134 recovery unit and/or mover the vehicle out of the sun.

 

if you google the service bulletin, it will show you what to do. put the car in a shade and allow the car to cool off, keep all the windows up and run the a/c at 1500rpm turn on a/c and select recirc, run the blower on high for 15 min. then do the test.... Do you have a test system???
