Can I put a Vtec head off a B16Z6 onto a D15b7?

Default Can I put a Vtec head off a B16Z6 onto a D15b7?
Just picked up 2 honda civic's a 92 4door and 95ex coupe. The 95 has a D16Z6 with a bad bottom end can i put the VTEC head on the D15B7?
