Clutch/Transmission issue

Hey everyone, I've got a 2001 Civic 5-speed MT and lately I've been having some issues with my transmission. First off the point of engagement for the clutch is way out and feels as if it needs adjustment. Does anybody know if this is a mechanical or hydraulic clutch, and is it adjustable? Also the tranny very frequently slips out of 3rd, 5th and reverse gears and acts as if the synchros are not quite properly working as it seems it's fighting to go into gears and occasionally grinds when letting off the clutch. Does anybody know if this could be a clutch adjustment issue, or synchro issue, or anything else? Any advice would sure be appreciated!
Thank you,
Alex

welcome to the forum. My 02 civic trans went out at 240k overhaul trans cost 2400 at the dealer. need to look up places to fix your trans properly and not butcher it up. find a good shop if not a dealer and check its reviews before taking in the car.

that sounds like its a job for a good shop that's familiar with Hondas
to look at or as mentioned - dealer. pretty sure your manual trans is hydraulic.?
if the oil Level is up than... definatly You got internal trouble going on with the trans.
