I was changing my car battery on my 2015 honda fit and the screw that holds the hook to keep the car battery intact somehow fell. I drove a little to see if it would fall out but did not see it. I didn't hear any weird sounds as well while driving. Would this be a big problem?

 

The only big problem would be if it fell into some moving parts
