I drive a 2018 Accord Touring 1.5 liter with 85,000 miles. We're away on vacaction and one morning I start the car and every warning light goes on including, brakes, power steering, emission, cruise control, lane assist, and maybe others. I take it to a local Honda dealer. Lucky for us they have a rental car. They do diagnostics and tell me the problem is I need new fuel injectors and spark plus totaling about $1500 plus the car rental. Being this far from home, not much I can do but tell them to go ahead.

Does this sound right or did I get hosed???

 

I would be asking if the car can make it home. Not asking dealer.
Spark plugs and fuel injectors??
Sounds kind of weird that both should go out at the same time.
