no low beams or fog lights! fuses all look good and no other lights or functions are out. fog light relay clicks when switch is turned on but no lights. is there a head light relay somewhere other then in the under hood fuse panel?

 

update - new headlight switch found to be the issue. not making ground when low beams turned on. $102 part and an hour and a half later, we have lights!
