Have a 2017 Civic. Going to Florida I connected my phone Sometimes the phone works on dash sometimes it says no device connected. New phone cord. Got it working typed in address and map came up giving me turn by turn directions. I was able to receive calls everything. Them all the lights went off radio turn signals and gps. Came back on in a min but no gps no map radio came on but couldn’t raise vol. Honda says if it happens again take a video with my phone and that I have to turn Bluetooth off to use gps and if I get a call have to ans it with phone
