Anyone have any ideas why my 96 Civic LX would have a hard time starting, but only when it's low on fuel? It seems to do fine any other time, but when the fuel gets low it chokes a little bit before it starts. Do I need to look into a new fuel pump? Any ideas on what's going on with this?

 

welcome to the forum, check your fuel rail pressure when the tank is low. Also might check it when the tank is full,If you have a fuel filter, might check this also.
