I have successfully linked the HandsFreeLink with my car, and have listed my contacts on speed dial, but when I go to make a call, it doesn't recognize the name. I am able to speak the entire phone number, and then speak "dial" which will connect me, but what's the point if I have to take these additional steps to make a call?

I have taken it to the dealership - they can't figure it out - I have called Honda direct - they went through the set-up process with me, everything was fine - they suggested that I have the dealership look at it again and that it could be a microphone problem.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.
