Leased a Honda Prologue about 3 months ago and chose the Honda home ev charger which is a juicebox 48. About a month ago it stopped working after working well until then. Tried resetting it and other things as suggested by EnelX (before they shut down operations). Have been dealing with Honda customer service for a couple weeks and they have provided little
to no help. The charger is “on” but the led panel eventually turns a pale pink after I reset it and when I plug it in I get a message from the car thY
the charger is not sending power. See pictures for charger appearance and message in car. No issue with charging the car at other chargers. Any
run into a similar problem and/or know of a fix? If not anyone able to get Honda to replace a nonworking ev charger?
