Post Honda Fit ...engine missfire

Hi everyone, Im new to this site and was trying to post this in the "FIT" section. Well Im sure alot of you Honda Fit owners like me are having engine missfires...My question is..
Does any one know what the resistance should be across each coil pack? I was checking it old school with an ohm metter or DMM...I will be getting a service manual and a probe tester.. or what ever it's called to check the coil packs. Thanks..

Everything I have read points to the coil packs on the Fit being the problem,Try this first 1) regap the plugs to .035" (instead of the factory recommended .040-.051")
2) bring the oil level up to spec, the V-Tec solenoid needs oil to operate.
3) check wires for damage. Check these items before replacing the coils they are expensive.Good luck,Bobby

Default thank you bucwheat

thank you bucwheat.. i will try that first.. tell me..it could be just one coil pack right?.. i had my freind hook it up to the scanner and it showed cylindar 1 missfire...i mean no sense in replacing all four just yet right?.. so i was trying to read the individual ohms off all four packs..i do not know what the correct value should be..when i drive the car it feels fine.. you have to grip the steering wheel very tight in order to feel the missfire.. or.. or when the car is running look at the engine rocking slightly with hood up..but the engine light keeps coming back on...and the plugs are new, except that i need to re-gap them as you suggested and check the other things you mentioned...
