Default Instrument Panel Warnings After Seat Removal for Amp Install

I just installed an aftermarket amp and subs in my 2016 Civic. I installed the amp under the driver's side seat which required the removal of that seat (4 bolts and 3 wire harness connections). Other than unplugging the connections under the seat and disconnecting the battery those were the only major connections I messed with. While the seat was removed I did power on the car to ensure the amp was working before reassembling everything. After finishing everything up and starting the car I noticed some warnings on the instrument panel for the electric parking brake, brake hold system, brake system problem, airbag system (srs) problem. I checked the seat connections again and they are all good, I also tried disconnecting the battery again, waiting for 15 minutes. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be going on and how to fix it?

Thanks!
