Default LED headlights

Having been impressed with the results of LED headlights in my Dodge pickup I'm going to install them in my daughter's 2001 Accord. What I am wondering is if I'm going to have to also install a resistor or Canbus system to prevent the flickering of the lights as I had to do with my Dodge. The TIPMS of the Dodge sees the low current draw of the LEDs and interprets it as a burned out headlamp.

you have to wire in the ballast wiring, the current draw will be very little.you may have to wire in resistors although most kits include everything needed.

Trying to avoid bypass you mentioned. Guy at Honda shop and repair facility who normally works on 08, said using bypass will result in over heating in socket and short bulb life. Did you get LED to work on your Daughter’s Honda? If so was there a problem with DRLs? Thoughts or ideas
