I am just making sure that you said it was a "B"16a and not a "D"16a. If it is a b16a, then it didnt come out of a civic. If it is a D16a, then it is a fifth gen. Further more, If you had a d16 vtec before this that is all you need. I just did a swap from a d16z6 to a d16a, and All I swapped was my intake manifold from my Z6 to the A. The d16a intake manifold doesnt have 1 of the vaccume ports that you need. All in all a very easy swap. The wiring harnesses are the same. That is if you had vtec before. The computers are also compatabe. If you have any more qustions just ask!

it fits the same mounts, but the motor may be from a civic "Del Sol".. They made them in the civic del sol in 1994. The motor should fit your mounts but if you're going for big horsepower, go for the LSD transmission that came with that motor or in the GSR integras.
