hey we have a 91 civic 4dr d15b2 with a y8 head and intake. Rewired it myself with writeups on google. I have a pr4 ecu. cars wont rev past 3500 rpms. ecu throwin codes 10 (iat) and 16 (injectors) all injs are working and car idles fine just no power and tacks out at 35. if you have any advice i'd appericate it alot. thanks.
