hi, I am new to hondas but I am a mechanic so I know whats what on cars. I just got a 1995 honda civic. and I am getting it up to date for inspection and I am having 2 problems. I will start off with adding the car was in a minor fender bender when it was bought. I replaced the rf fender and lamp. I now do not have any working gauages in the dash. I have checked all fuses. to no avail on what is going on. The terminals seem to be ok. I am going to be ripping the dash apart to see if there are any shorts, or bad grounds. Next is the 4 ways work in the car but the turn signals do not work. Ive checked all fuses again inside and out of the car, with no problems found. I also replaced the turn signal relaythinking it may be the problem but it still dose not work. I am stumped. And I don't want to tear the dash out unlessI have to.If anyone has hadthe same problem please let me know.thanks in advance
