Default P0315 on 2002 Honda Accord SE Vtec.

Hi everyone, I have a 2002 Honda Accord 2.3l Vtec. It has a P0315 error. I replaced the upstream 02 sensor with an exact replacement for the vtec. Reset CEL and it pops back on within 30 seconds with the P0315 again. Checked for voltage at the and I am getting the correct voltage. When I checked to see if the ground was good at the connector I was getting 80ish? So I disconnected the negative cable on the battery and pulled the ecm. Going to try and post a picture of what I found.

welcome to the forum. If you replaced the 02 sensor with an aftermarket and not a honda , you will get a p0315 error again.
