Default Problem with 2005 Accord A/C Blowing warm

Hi there

i have an 05 accord coupe 3.0l v6

all of a sudden the air started blowing warm.So i started poking around. Its NOT the relays and there is 14volts to the coil........What happens is on a cold start the clutch will engage and blow cold for about 2 minutes then the clutch kicks off and stops spinning therefore blowing warm air.....The rest of the day the clutch will not engage, but as soon as i let it sit overnight it will engage for about 2 minutes before kicking off for the day......What do you think this is???Clutch?Coil?or both?

thanks for the help
