problem on installing hid kit for 08 accord coupe

Default problem on installing hid kit for 08 accord coupe
im having a problem with the hids. i installed everything right what the directions send atleast. the kit didnt include a relay and i heard from someone i needed it so i was seeing if anyone can help me with this
