My aunt has a 99' accord, she swapped out the stock radio with a aftermarket radio. I have a 2000 accord with the stock radio but my speakers sound like crap compared to hers. I'm wondering if changing the stock radio enhances the sound quality of the car speakers. I doubt my aunt has swapped out the original speakers btw *

 

yes it does change the sound quality.

 

Depends on AMPs the new radio has.
