I have a 2006 Honda Accord SE automatic. I bought it used and it feels as if the transmission is shifting late out of 1st gear. I was told that these have "shift maps" in the computer that learn how an owner drives. Apparently I dont drive as hard as the previous owner, and need to reset the transmission. Can this be done?

I was told that simply disconnecting the battery will reset the computer in this case. Any ideas on what I should do, or if this is even an issue....
