Okay guys so I have a honda accord 95 ex. 2.2 vtec. I recently replaced the engine. I replaced it with the same engine. Same year and all. I took it for a drive and it seems to be in limp mode. It wont rev past 3500 rpms. CEL on.

I pulled the cel code and i got code 4. Crank angle. I did an ohms test of the sensor and its within spec. Whats next?
