2019 Honda pilot. Wife got her coat caught in the buckle holder. Two screws on back of holder are hex but with a stud in center. Is there a tool i can buy to take the holder apart so i can remove whatever is in there?

 

Call a body shop.
They may have it. It's a special tool.

 

Are you sure it’s hex shaped and not security torx?
