Does anyone know how to shut off the seat belt reminder sound without putting on your seat belt.

 

what car and year ??? did you look in the owners manual

 

There is a sensor in the seat belt lock. if you disconnect the connector under the seat it should go away. When i put five point harnesses in my '97 Civic and disconnected the connector at the lock and removed the old restraint system my light never came on again and that was two years ago.
