Speedometer reads too fast

Default Speedometer reads too fast
I just acquired a 95 accord. The speedometer reads 70, but I am actually only going 60. Where do I start looking to fix this? Thanks for your time !!

Welcome in,are you running stock tire size/diameter? It's not out of the ordinary for them to run 5mph off.
