ticking in top end area, help

Default ticking in top end area, help
f22b2, no engine codes. started ticking maybe a week ago, feels a little sluggish but other than the noise and maybe 5hp loss i haven’t noticed anything.
what do you guys suggest it is.

welcome to the forum. Possible valve rocker arm needs adjustment.
