Default Unknown electric issue

I have a 95 honda accord f22b 2.2L vtec, recently every now and then while driving the odometer and speedometer will start bouncing around and when turned off the car wont start or even turn electronics on. I tested alternator by removing a battery connection while car is on and running and the car stays on so I dont think the alt is bad, would this be a bad battery ?

It is more likely that it is a wiring issue and probably one or more electrical components.
But, where to start looking??
Engine bay? Wiring looms and any place it can rub, or experience heat and vibration.
Fuse box itself? Looking for corrosion??
