I’m new to this forum but I bought my 99 prelude a few months ago and the guy I bought it from said the noise was from a bad harmonic balancer. He gave me 2 extra, one lightweight aftermarket and an OEM one. Both of them didn’t change anything and now I’m stuck. Belt is pretty tight, and I don’t think it can be the motor mounts either although I’m not positive. If anyone can help out I’d really appreciate it. I can add a video aswell if it helps
