Default wheel stud spinning and lug nut wont come off

I have a 1990 accord that I recently aquired and i found that one of my rear wheel studs is spinning freely and the lug nut is stuck on... the wheel is still on the car, any feed back as to how I can get this out to remove the wheel would be greatly appreciated!

welcome to the forum. Need to find a way to hold the bolt/nut in place and chisel the nut open, or cut with a coping saw. one with a in and out blade, air or electric driven to cut it open like with a chisel cut.

Use a "burp gun" (air chisel) to split the nut. Replace the stud and nut after.
Be carefull of your rim.
