06 Accord Remote

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone can help with this: I have a 06 Accord and I bought a new remote from ebay, the FCC ID # on the one I bought is OUCG8D-380H-A and the # on the one I have right now is OUCG8D-345H-A , would the new one work? Although I followed the instructions of the programming step by step still it didn't work, does anyone know what is the trick? thanks

You will think I am crazy but take it apart and clean it.
Mine would not wor and I did that and then it did.
wd40 and a rag.If you use carb cleaner watch out for the seal.
It worked for me LOL
