1995 Accord EX radio keeps reverting back, have to put in code every time I start car
Hi all,
My daughter got a '95 Accord that was a rebuild. The radio in it loses power (?) every time the car is shut off. Upon restart it asks for the code of course. We have the code and it works. Problem is that's a pain in the neck to do every time you start the car...all memory of stations is gone. Any ideas on what's causing this?
Appreciate any help on this. She's getting ready to go off to school and I'd like to fix it for her.

Welcome to the forum,I would try getting power at a different source and see what happens,maybe run the power wire to the ignition fuse.The radio thinks it's being stolen upon start up.
