1997 Honda Accord Speedometer issues
I am interested in buying a '97 Accord from a friend, however, the speedometer doesn't register the speed after 25 mph, is there an easy way to fix this? I have some experience with cars. I just don't know if it will be worth it to fix it after parts.
Would love some help!
Thanks guys (or Girls)

Welcome to the forum, If the speedometer, odometer and trip meter crapped out at the same time, then it is very likely the Vehicle Speed Sensor has gone bad.
Here's how to test it. I'm going to assume that Fuse #1 (10 amp) is good.
Check for continuity in the black ground wire to ground. If it shows open, repair the ground wire.
Now turn the ignition switch ON. Check for voltage at the yellow wire. There should be battery voltage. If not, check the fuse I'm assuming is good again and make sure it is good. If it is there is an open in the yellow wire.
With the ignition switch still ON, check for voltage at the orange wire. There should be about 5 volts. If not, the wire between the PCM and the VSS is open.
