I have recently bought a 99 Accord EX and I want to do some things I could do fairly cheaply to increase the performance. But I'm not sure exactly what to do. I need suggestions.

Thank you for the feedback. I had been told that a cold air intake would probably be the most simple and cheap. So I'll most likely start with that. And I was looking into an exhaust system. Do you have any recommendations for that?? I'm kind of new to the car world.

 

Any free flowing exhaust that will allow you to still pass inspection will help.
