Default 1999 Accord front clunking noise??

Ok, I have a 1999 Accord EX 4 cyl. auto. It started to make a clunking noise coming from the front end. I've checked ball joints, tie rods control arms replaced one axle and a bought a wheel bearing but haven't installed it yet. I have jacked the car up and run the car and cannot locate the noise source. Possibly coming from the transmission. Wheel bearings seem fine cv boots are all in tack and suspension is tight. Anyone have any idea what this clunking/grinding noise is? The noise goes with the tire rotation and gets louder when turning and makes the wheels shake for a rough ride. I have rotated my tires also. Any idea would be appreciated????

When do you hear the noise, upon take off or braking. My guess would be the lugnuts loose but you rotated the tires,If the noise comes from the rims when braking check for a broken rotor or loose caliper.
