1999 Honda Accord Tranny Rebuilt
I am having the tranny on my 1999 Accord V6 rebuilt. It has about 174K miles
Mechanic called as said, oil pan is leaking, CV boot is bad, rear engine mount bad and distributor is leaking oil.
Which of the above would not incur much additional labor since the transmission has to be removed for the rebuild.
I imagine that the CV axle would be disconnected to remove the transmission and as such I would only need to pay for the new part but not the labor. How about the oil pan? Car is a V6.
anything I need to replace given that the tranny is out and access to certain parts of the engine bay is now easier.
Thanks
