Stumped as to where to look next, while cranking over engine, tach at zero, speedometer goes up to 15 mph, what do I chase next please, TIA

 

Runs on ether? If so, fuel pump.

 

Crank no start. spray starter fluid in and it tries to start or starts and runs and stalls. Simple, it means the fuel system has an issue. Could check for injector pulse. Don't know how then look it up on Youtube. They show you how to do that with a testlight. Check fuel pressure. Sit in a quiet place and turn key to the "ON" position and listen for the fuel pump to run for about two seconds. If it doesn't run then check powers and grounds to fuel pump (note: Engine must be rotating. If has both then replace fuel pump. If not then check fuses and relays. Honda does make an easy access to fuel pump behind the rear seats. Good luck.
