2002 accord engine swap

2002 accord engine swap
I've got a 2001 2 door ex that was a rollover and wanted to put it's v-tec v-6 into a 2002 ex with a v-tec 4 cylinder. Both are automatics. Is this possible and what would I be up against as far as parts interchanging?
