Hi Guys, I got a 2003 Honda Accord 4 Cylinder with the 2.4 L Vtec. I was wondering if Yall could help me get it running right? It started having hard starts, it struggles to crank sometimes. It will sputter and idle real rough for a few seconds when cranking and then it will catch and it will run good after that. It seems to happen mainly on Cold starts. If Yall have any ideals whats going on with it please reply. Thank You

And anything you may have done to fix the issue
What kind of maintenance do you do on the engine?
Check the spark plugs. Replace as necessary.
Throw a couple bottle of fuel injector cleaner in gas tank
Using brake cleaner, spray on rag and wipe throttle body
Check air filter. Replace as necessary.

 

Welcome in ,i would start with throttle body cleaner ,all auto parts places carry it, maybe Injector cleaner Also .see if this helps.good luck.
