2006 accord signal issue

I have a 2006 Honda Accord ex 2 door. I am having signal issues. Left and right signal is blinking rapidly. When headlights light are off and signal is initiated signal light is blinking but VERY dim barely seen. When headlights are turned on signal still blinks at the same dimness and cannot be seen at night. This issue is only for the front signals. Rear sgnals are blinking fast as well but the brightness is working perfectly. Ground near battery was checked. Fuses fine. Flasher relay and signal bulbs have been replaced. Still having issues. Also want to note that hazards blink at nornal rate but signal bulb still dim in headlights. Any ideas ?

Hi, thanks! I have not changed the hazed switch. Could that be the issue even though the hazards are blinking at the normal speed? The car was painted recently and new headlights were put in.
Someone today told me the headlights might need to be pulled out to see if a wire is touching metal where it shouldn’t be or if a wire could be pinched causing the signals to not illuminate bright like it should. I am super stumped on the problem.

did not know the headlights were replaced. you might want to check the headlight wire installation before you touch the flasher switch. sounds like you might have changed all the parts for good measure if you find a bad or incorrect hook up of the head light wiring.
