Default 2007 Honda Accord brake issue.

I have a 2007 Honda Accord. When I start pressing the brake it seems to start stopping then the peddle gets soft and goes all the way to the floor. There are no leaks in the system. I just changed the front pads today just in case (back ones look good). I think there may be a leaky seal within the master cylinder. Can anybody confirm this for me? any other ideas?
