Default 2008 Accord Coupe fixings

Hello fellow Honda owners!

I have a 2008 Accord Coupe V6 3.5L EX-L model and I have a couple things I'd like to fix on the inside of the car. The first is the silver paint that has bascially been rubbed off from the previous owner. Normal wear it looks like. Is there a special paint to buy and use? Is it even possible to re-paint it?

Second, there is a button on the console labeled "Mode" that has been replaced from another accord coupe, BUT the thing is is that it's not the same color as the others. Should I buy the part online or is it possible to just replace the button?

Third, there is some specks of white paint that looks like it came from a spray can or something similar. Any advice on what to use to remove it?

Thank you!

UPDATE:

So I did some research on other forums and found out it's possible to paint your steering wheel emblem without removing(breaking) it. It's pretty easy but you have to be patient.

I bought some Dupli-color Trim Paint in the color of black. I know a lot of people have been using Plastidip but I decided to go ahead and try out trim paint. It worked great! I just taped off inside and around the emblem with 2" painter's tape and some newspaper and applied 3 coats; waiting 5 minutes in between each coat.

Before I even started to spray, I sanded the emblem with some 3M 400 grain sandpaper, which gave me a smooth surface on the rubber/plastic.

Good job! you might try Argent silver ,it may match and as far as paint removal, try paint thinner or Acetone but be carefull it will also remove any paint under the splatter.
