Default 2008 Honda Accord intermittent Random misfire

I just bought this car (08 Honda Accord 2.4 5 speed) and it runs great, but every now and then driving down the road the check engine light will start flashing and the car will lose basically all power. I pull over and shut it off, start it back up and the check engine light is in but no longer flashing and every time I have it checked it comes up random misfire, and misfire on all cylinders. The vehicle doesn’t miss at all it runs perfect until the check engine light starts flashing then boom it runs terrible until I shut it off and start it back up again. I just put brand new NGK iridium plugs in it and picked the coils with spark plug boot grease. I know it could be a variety of things causing this but has anyone had this same issue? I bought the car for 4K with 168,000 miles on it so I’m not too upset with it having this problem as long as I can fix it.

Just a big guess,
Try some injector cleaner or fuel system cleaner

items that may cause random misfire. defective pvc, oxygen sensors, air filter, air mass flow sensor, bad egr valve, vaccum leak bad or cracked hoses. these are just check items.
