2014 accord trouble starting with brake pedal depressed

2014 accord issues with depressing brake pedal and starting. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt

Brake lights work?
When it don't start.

Yes lights work. It seems like if the pedal goes to far it won't start but if theres resistance and brake pedal only moves a little then it will start
