I have a 1989 Honda Accord that starts up fine and Idles and drives very smoothly. About a couple weeks ago I had a new fuel pump put on it. The car will generally scoot around ok, but when I get up to some higher speeds and start slowing down when it is getting close to being stopped it stalls. This even happens when in neutral. Then it will fire right back up. Recently at some points its been starting to surge then it will kick back in.. thanks
