Default 94 accord noise- transmission maybe?

Just got a small question bout my accord, its a 1994 model which i totally love to death but lately its been pissing me off cos its had quiet alot of problems, anyway ive fixed them all and now i got 1 left, so for no apparent reason its started making this stupid noise, it kinda sounds like a hissing/sqeaking noise, kinda sounds like metal rubbing on metal, but it doesnt sound that bad...its definately never done it before.. now it only does this noise around 2k rpm, once the engine is warmed up, and only when the car is in DRIVE, its an automatic....so basically when im driving in D the noise is there but if i chuck it into neutral it goes away, then when i put it back into D its there again, ive also noticed you need to drive the car for about 10 mins before it starts making the noise, so even if the engines warmed up you still need to drive it for about 10 mins anyway.....now given what ive told do u guys it sounds like the transmissions the problem right? or is there more to consider , the fluids and all are clean...any help would be really appreciated
