Default 96 Honda Accord Question Tranny???

My check engine light came on and the car was running pretty rough, so I replaced the timing belt ater pump and all of that good stuff in there, it needed to be done anyway so i just figured it was the problem. But now I got it all back together and everything runs right. But my check engine light is still on. I took it to autozone and they tested it and got a problem code of PO725 (TCC doesn't engage) So, I narowed it down to something with the transmission but I am reading all sorts of different things that people do to fix it and some of them are to say the least CRAZY. The tack bounces around quit a bit and the car jerks when I accelerate lightly. And it doesn't bounce all the time but definitely everytime it is drven. Feels like it is missing a cylinder but it is not. I just got back and checked the tranny fluid to see if it looked bad and found that the fluid is about 3/4" overfull on the dipstick. It is too hot (weather) to drain it out today but I will drain it down to the right level tomorrow morning. Does anyone know whether this is the problem or have any input as to what you may think it is. I didn't add any fluid too it and it was fine about 3 weeks ago (I did have an oil change at wally world so who knows what they did), and the fluid is clean red and not burnt at all. I did just move from NC to AZ would the enviroment do that??? It just seems like it is too overfull to be a enviroment thing. Thanks in advance for any advice you may be able to give me.
