Vehicles sitting for long periods of time will sometimes have little critters invade and nest in the vehicle.
However, should go through the basics.
Spark at the plugs
Fuel .. fuel pump, fuel pressure, fuel injectors and injector pulse
Compression
Timing
Air .. check filters
Exhaust .. obstruction?

If the distributor was disturbed then it may need to be readjusted?? Timing

Hand pump siphon is the easiest.
Dropping the fuel tank would require raising the vehicle
And then having to deal with rusty nuts and bolts which is a whole 'nother can of worms.

Did you ever get the engine started?
What was the fix?

Still not running so I've ordered s new set of injecter s for it just waiting for them

If you tried using starter fluid and it did not work then probably not fuel system related
