Default 97 Honda Accord: Defroster not working
our 97 Honda Accord's Defroster will not work unless we turn on the AC, any ideas?

welcome to the forum, If you have a cabin filter, when was it last changed? This might cause a very low airflow, and the a/c gives a dry forced air to clear windshield.

very interesting, we've only had the car for a year, and we haven't done it in that time, so who knows when it was changed! where would that filter be located?

Cabin filter will be behind your glove box. go to google, type in 97 accord cabin filter change and there will be various you tubes to view the video. won't take you long to change it.
