98 4cyl accord starter

Hi:I have 98 honda accord 4cyl manual i need a starter the bone yards have plenty of auto starters,can i use a auto in a manual car.What is the difference

welcome to the forum. Standard flywheel and automatic flex plate generally not the same gearing. best to get a manual starter.

The auto starter will not work. The bolt pattern is different.
