i have 98 Accord 2.3L 4 cylinder with 141k miles. 5spd manual. Car is misfiring horribly bad at an idle and even worse when you try to drive it. Has virtually new power and I cannot figure out what it is. Has a new distributor cap, fuel pressure regulator, crank sensor, and plugs.

Did you also replace the rotor? If it's been there awhile it may be worn weird and not making contact
